How long before my parcel is delivered?
We aim to dispatch your items within 1 day of receiving an order.
Deliveries usually take 2-5 days to the UK, 3-5 days to Europe, 5-10 days to the rest of the world.
If your items need to be delivered more urgently, there is an UK Express (next day delivery) option. Orders must be placed by 12.00pm UK time Monday - Friday for UK next day delivery.

How do I make a purchase?
Once you have selected your items simply choose the size and quantity and click add to basket. You can either enter the checkout following the prompt or click on the basket icon in the top right of your screen. If you encounter any problems please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can the purchased items be delivered directly to the person of my choice?
Yes, and this is ideal for gifts. Simply fill the address of the intended recipient in the checkout area as "shipping address". The invoice will not be sent with the parcel, but shipped separately to your primary address.

What are my options for gift wrapping?

Will my item require a signature on receipt of delivery?
Yes, all items will require a signature on receipt of delivery, so it is important to make sure there will be somebody present at the delivery address in order to receive the item.
Do you deduct VAT for non EU countries?
VAT is not charged on orders from customers outside of the EU.
This will automatically be deducted from your order total during the checkout stage.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you place an order.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are purchased in pounds sterling (£). The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is debited. Please note that rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at time of purchase.

How can I return/exchange the items I have ordered?
If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the unused items with its original packaging and tags (including any hygiene strip) still attached with proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving them and we will refund the price for such items. We are unable to offer exchanges but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.

Are transactions secure?
For online payment processing, we use Stripe and PayPal (www.paypal.com). These systems meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and protect against interception of card numbers by data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security.
Why should I join the mailing list?
We use the mailing list to occasionally inform our customers about new collections, new designers, special offers/discount codes and opening of the sale season.

Most of the clothing and accessories are hand-made, hand-printed, hand-crafted and hand-dyed which makes it unique so every item will be different.
