Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALE ITEMS - FINAL SALE! NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.
If you are dissatisfied with a Product, please return the unused Product with its original packaging and tags (including any hygiene strip) still attached with proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving the Product and we will refund the Price for such Product. We do not offer exchanges.
All items on sale are non returnable/refundable and the sale is final unless product is damaged or faulty.
Socks, leggings, tights, dolls and headbands, key holders, necklaces and any other accessories are non returnable and the sale is final unless product is damaged or faulty. In this case the items will be replaced with something else.
Please send a request via email to email@example.com with the word RETURN in the subject. We are unable to offer exchanges but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.
Please note that you are responsible for return postage. Furthermore, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in the course of returning Products, and we therefore recommend that you use an insured recorded delivery service. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note we cannot provide a refund for Products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way, based on our discretion, unless such Product was faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you (in which case please see paragraph 2.4 of our Terms and Conditions).
If returning goods for abroad please specify "Returned Goods" for custom purposes, as we will not be responsible for duty (unduly) incurred. Return postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty.
After inspection of the goods, we will refund to your credit card. This will take a few days to appear on your account.
If you require a refund, we will credit your credit or debit card for the Price paid less postage and packing costs. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive the returned Product.
If a Product is damaged or faulty upon receipt then please return the Product with proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving the Product and we will exchange the Product as promptly as possible (or, if you so request, refund the Price) within 28 days of the date we receive the damaged Product.
Damaged items that has been worn is not returnable. If the item was damaged after being washed or dry-cleaned, it is not returnable.
Furthermore, please note that we cannot guarantee that the colours of the Product as they appear on your computer monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery.
